About this notice

This notice describes the initial Mr. & Mrs. Elegant inquiry website and its concierge inquiry form. It covers information used to receive and review an inquiry and maintain the related customer record. Separate information and terms may be needed before a later booking, purchase, document exchange or other service.

Phase 1 scope and future features

This notice is a limited legal framework for the current Phase 1 inquiry-first release only. Additional services, portals, purchases, uploads, measurements, bookings, payments, partner functions and future digital features may be governed by supplemental notices, terms, consents or agreements when activated. This notice does not govern future My Account, Store, virtual try-on, measurement, payment or document-upload features before those systems are launched and separately reviewed.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for an email address, service interest and inquiry category. You may also provide your name, phone number and request details. An institutional or partner inquiry may include an organization and role. Please provide only information relevant to your request and only information you are authorized to share.

How inquiry information is used

Inquiry information is used to understand the request, identify the appropriate service line, organize the customer record and support the concierge conversation. Submitting this form does not itself place an order, reserve availability or enroll you in an automated marketing sequence.

Systems and access

Website inquiries are recorded in HighLevel, M&M’s customer-record platform. M&M uses Google Workspace for business email. Authorized M&M personnel and service providers supporting those systems may process inquiry information for the relevant operational purpose. If a request needs additional provider review or information, the concierge conversation is the next step; no supplier or partner relationship is implied by this website.

Technical information

Hosting and form technology process technical requests needed to deliver and operate the page and form. Such requests can include network and browser information, including an IP address, browser information and request time. Browser settings can affect cookies and other website storage. This notice does not represent that optional advertising or analytics services have been enabled.

Retention and requests

Inquiry information is retained for inquiry handling, related customer records and applicable recordkeeping requirements. The appropriate duration depends on the request and applicable requirements. Contact M&M to ask about a record or request access, correction or deletion. Identity or request details may need to be verified before a record is disclosed or changed. Applicable privacy rights are not limited by this notice.

Keep the initial inquiry discreet

Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, precise security or protection plans, private measurements, children’s personal records or other sensitive documents in the general inquiry form. The initial form does not provide a private document-upload or virtual try-on service. Discuss any necessary private next step with your concierge.
