The initial website experience

Mr. & Mrs. Elegant brings its service interests together within House of Elegance. The initial website provides information and concierge inquiry or interest entries. Store and My Account entries provide interest or assistance paths; they do not represent a working checkout or authenticated customer-record service.

Phase 1 scope and future features

These terms are a limited legal framework for the current Phase 1 inquiry-first release only. Additional services, portals, purchases, uploads, measurements, bookings, payments, partner functions and future digital features may be governed by supplemental notices, terms, consents or agreements when activated. These terms do not govern future My Account, Store, virtual try-on, measurement, payment or document-upload features before those systems are launched and separately reviewed.

An inquiry is the beginning

Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking, purchase, accepted quote, reserved appointment, service contract or promise of availability. Scope, provider identity where relevant, pricing, timing and applicable terms require review and separate agreement before a commitment.

Travel, events and private mobility

Travel and event requests begin with review of the proposed experience. Private mobility inquiries can describe ground, air or marine preferences. M&M does not represent ownership or operation of vehicles, aircraft, yachts or a fleet through this website. Availability and any proposed operator or service arrangement require separate confirmation.

Protective clothing and vehicle protection

ElegantShield introduces protective-clothing and accessory interests for consultation. This website does not offer a certified garment, material specification, protective rating or guaranteed protective outcome. Armored Vehicles provides a requirements conversation; M&M does not represent that it performs armoring, manufactures vehicles, holds vehicle inventory or has an appointed armoring partner. Engineering, suitability, installation responsibility, testing and certification require qualified, separately verified review.

Information and imagery

Lifestyle imagery and design presentation illustrate the M&M world. They are not a representation of owned inventory, a particular supplier, an appointed partner, a technical design or a delivered service. General information on the site is not a vehicle-engineering recommendation or an individual protection assessment.

Using the inquiry path

Please provide accurate and relevant information you are authorized to share. Do not send sensitive documents or operational security information through the general inquiry. The form is for service conversations, not emergency assistance. Do not use the site to impersonate another person, send malicious material or interfere with its operation.

Privacy and separate agreements

The Privacy Policy describes initial inquiry handling. Any existing booking or purchase remains subject to the applicable agreement supplied for that transaction. These website terms do not amend that agreement or replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
